Let me start with the premise. The function of leadership is to produce more leaders and not more followers because in essence, this is the critical principle of transformational leadership the empowerment of others, most specifically teachers, that has really become fundamental to the leadership role, for we could be afraid of an army of 100 sheep led by a lion than an army of 100 lions led by a sheep – a sort of talented leadership rather than a sort of accidental leader. My association with Mount litera Zee school is since its inception. Mount Litera Zee School, Jhansi is one of the TOP SCHOOLS in the region and I am sure enough that our school will be at the helm of Bundelkhand region in time to come. MLZS is well known for the campus discipline, the quality education being imparted by the academic staff under the guidance of the honorable Principal. It is my earnest prayer to almighty to shower his blessings so that the team of Mount LItera Zee School Jhansi can fulfill its aim to give the best to our students. Wish the students of MLZS Jhansi to be self discipline and to shine like STARS in all spheres of their life.
